So what makes it better than the Anova that it's $100 more? Because the Anova doesn't have any of the problems mentioned in that article.

Absolutely no idea. Just pointing it out in case anyone cares because as Soygen said, the new model is only $30 more expensive.

So got everything planned and ready to go tomorrow? I'm 44 and not once have I had turkey on thanksgiving. We're a ham family. That and dad always got a 25 pound turkey from work on wed. afternoon and it was still frozen. I went to work for the same company and they still do it. Deliver a pallet of turkeys you can pick on up when you knock off Wed. lol. Dad always donated it and I did too for christmas.

I'm not doing much. I'm doing a pecan pie is all I'm doing personally.
