You're suggesting an external Bluetooth adapter?
If you want hifi audio, you can go with IEMs and these Shure Bluetooth adapter. https://a.co/d/02KeT5Z7. They are pretty solid, but it sucks when the battery runs out. I didn't use them with, and now mine doesn't hold much of a charge. I however mostly use the Anker Aerofit. They are good enough for casual listening if you have to quickly pick up phone calls for meetings.

is that the shit they sell in japan too? i only know ugreen cuz in the power delivery vs quick charge wars, they and anker supported both
It's a bit more expensive here, but they are the only non generic brand that has Bluetooth 6.0. Buffalo the local major tech company only has up to 5.3-4. I didn't see an Anker 6.0 version on Amazon, but I mostly use their chargers. They never break or overheat.

Recommendations on a decent wired PC gaming headset? Analog connection, decent mic, sub-$200ish? Trying to keep price reasonable because it's a gift, but objectively better and within the ballpark's probably fine.
