If you're at the point where you are open to trying herbs, I'd add maca root in there. The product is often marketed as "Maca" and not maca root. Get a reputable product from a reputable-looking supplement company.

I used NOW's but there are possibly better brands in current year. Maca does a lot of different things. Increasing load size and vitality are some of them.

It has no known dangers or side effects. I took it daily for years. Maca and horny goat weed are pretty low on the totem pole. Start with those, especially the maca. If you don't see any meaningful change you can talk about moving up the ladder.

I'm actually taking a combined supplement with l-arg, dhea, maca, and horny goat weed.

Im willing to try anything the natural route before stepping into buying Viagra. Which btw since I clicked that site all my ads are targeted Viagra ads :( to my wife too

Noodle a few questions! Some of them are weird, but can rule out some stuff.
1- Do you get nocturnal erections? or wake up with an erections?
2- Do you know what your last HbA1c was?
3- Any changes in medications? New meds like antacids or antifungals?
4- Any new breast changes, tenderness, discharge, growth?
4- Any cardiac problems? A-fib, high cholesterol, hypertension? previous heart attack?
5- With no changes in libido, how long have you noticed this erectile change?

how much L-Arginine is in that supplement? i used to take that stuff a lot. it definitely works, but lots of supplements that include it use pretty low doses of it. scientific literature on L-Arginine reports improved benefits and lack of side-effects at doses up to 5g-10g daily.

this paper from the National Institute of Health's US National Library of Medicine (legit as it gets): The Ergogenic Potential of Arginine recommends 3g-9g/day

of course, to reach those doses safely you'll need to get straight L-Arginine from the supplement aisle instead of taking more of those combo pills you have. it's available just about everywhere, i used to just get it from Walmart since they were the cheapest (still definitely worked tho!)

i wasn't using L-Arginine for erectile dysfunction, was just using it to keep up with my SO's sex drive. dosing at that 5g-10g range seemed like it made my erections bigger, tho, so i'd bet that it'll help your problem.

I don't even know how you'd take 9g a day, most tablets are 1000mg. This will only has 20mg but I have the real stuff too.

the kind i had were 500mg per capsule, recommended dose 2 capsules 3x a day. so the 6 caps they recommend isn't that far from the 10 capsules a day i'd suggest starting with.

20mg is bascially nothing when it comes to L-Arginine, they just added a splash of it so they could include it in the advertising to lure in more uninformed consumers.

Those supplements you're taking right now are "good" and have benefits, but if I had to really put money down on your dick getting rock hard for a nice 20 minute period of time with the problems you described and the specific complaint you outlined in this thread earlier-- Its a big fat fucking no from me dog. I would wager 0 USD on that stack working for you.

Go ahead and get these 2 herbs if you're really serious about exhausting your herbal options. 1 yohimbe, other is called tongkat ali.

Take the Tongkat Ali according to a cycle. Most people run it for at least a month. Tongkat is not for one-off use as its actions are hormonal and take time to fully manifest. Plan maybe 30 days on the Tongkat and use a reputable source. THIS SPECIFIC HERB suffers from massive quality control issues. I suggest the Herbolab brand.

The Yohimbe is for one-off use. Its very dose dependent, and quality control varies more wildly than the tongkat ali. Some yohimbe products contain no actual bark from the tree. You want the lowest effective dose. You don't need to be careful with tongkat side effects, but you will need to be aware of the possibility with yohimbe-- especially with the quality and labeling problems.

The truth about yohimbe

You may respond to tongkat alone. But experimenting with a quality yohimbe product isn't a bad idea since you insist on avoiding Viagra/Cialis-- since the incidence of side effects provided appropriate dose are relatively low. Be weary of combination products or mega dose products.

Do that and I might put a few bucks down on you making it to the race.

Well I took a free trial from a_skeleton_03s link. I figure if I like the results I'll.bring it to my doctor because that site is definitely overpricing

Tonight I tried the supplement and saw some improvements but also some side effects (headache for one). Tomorrow we'll see how the pull shapes up.
