Firstly, don't feel bad about having health problems, especially this kind, this isn't any fault of yours. It being woman problems doesn't change anything, everyone has health problems. There's a 372 page thread about it.Fucking hate talking about this shit, but last one started Oct 31st, last day was Nov 10th (I went to the ER on the morning of the 9th because shit wasn't stopping, they said I was fine and just gave me the referral for the gynecologist). Still had spotting shit on the 11th and 12th, 13-15th was finally clear of anything, spotting started again on the 16th and had an actual day of bleeding on the 17th and then back to spotting shit from then until now. Tracker says I shouldn't be up for more until the 4th, but I imagine it doesn't know what the fuck to do, ATM. Also, my shit is stupid and generally goes 21ish days instead of 28, because I can't have anything nice in life. 0 chance of being pregnant (tested anyway at the ER). Never been tested for whatever polyps and fibroids are. Maybe they could test me if I could get a fucking appointment anywhere. No other pain or other dumb symptoms. I am wondering if maybe I have a phylactery somewhere and I'm sure my trust-level is now through the floor.
In the last 24 days you have bled or spotted on 20 of them, with only a 3-day break. That is not a “normal long period + a little spotting.” That's pretty abnormal bleeding.
You definitely need to get a proper workup at a gyno, and you need to push them to see you sooner. Something like "“I’m 35 and I’ve basically bled or spotted 20 out of the last 24 days (Oct 31–Nov 22) with only a 3-day break. ER ruled out pregnancy and anemia but I still don’t have an explanation or treatment. I need to be seen this week or next because this is interfering with my life and I’m worried about polyps, fibroids, or something else.”
Grok seems to think it's either polyps, fibroids, or hormonal chaos. None of those are that bad and can be handled.
Keep pushing for an appointment and go get it handled, there's nothing wrong with you as a person, you just have an issue. Don't sweat it.
