I went to the Cleveland clini recently. The Mayo and Cleveland clinc they may be the smartest and such but what stands out more than anything. You ask a question and they actually answer and talk as opposed to normally you go to the doctor and spend 10 minutes telling the nurse and then 10 minutes telling the doctor the same thing......

Follow up, Oncologist place called today twice, once to reschedule - When I mentioned I left a message last night that the person didn't know about, then again in response to my message last night - and they didn't know what it was about. FYI it was exactly what I listed , and included every MRI of my brain and the dates. I could not have made it easier.

Wife called the imaging place this morning and got a manager , who told her it was both and it was clear. Even though it clearly says it's only the unenhanced image?! Well at least what I got was clear.

Sounds good, I think.

One thing I noticed I would have a MRI and the radiologist would read it and write up a report and forward it to the neurologist that ordered it. Then I would get a message from a nurse that would say "no new lesions". Which was right but the report had a lot more in it. I had a bad infection that the radiologist called the neurologist about and it never made it to me.

Oh perhaps I'm not explaining myself correct. I see the report before the Oncologist. I was pissed that it didn't reference the previous tests I'd had there, like every other report did. I know I'm clear in my head.
Hell read what I rant on here and you can tell , there is nothing in my head ;)

That makes sense, mine reference the earlier ones which is where the no new lesions comes from. At least that's what I think. One mentioned they all resolved, not sure if they leave scars or something. They explain stuff, but they kinda explain stuff to someone like they work in that field as well.

Totally understand why you’re anxious/worried but in my experience UNLESS there are major, major differences in the body or impression of the report then the most likely thing here is that someone made a typo on the report in the section you’re concerned about it’s not like they didn’t give you the contrast dye.
