Lol Miracle Rogue or other mills
That card is amazing. Assuming you hit with it, you've done a 3rd of their health and given yourself a card advantage.

Shrug. Magic Cards had tons of ambiguity.
Didn't like it much there either. It's a still a card game at the core, simplicity and ease of understanding should be one of the features.

I'll admit, it's nitpicking, and it's only on a few of the new cards. But it's disconcerting that they have to expand to new rules(and they do), but they're going with things like this and "random" instead of gimmes like trample.

Yet another Malorne posted onGoblins vs Gnomes - Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft Wiki

This one is 7 mana 9/7 with Deathrattle: Shuffle this minion back into your deck. Who knows if it's real, since that site also had the last apparently fake Malorne, which was ironically the most exciting legendary we've seen. This one is dumb, which makes me think it's real, since Blizzard has been making shitty, dumb legendaries. God that Paladin legendary is epic levels of bad, I mean soooo bad.

Trample is a pretty uninteresting way to add power to a card, though.

It's real, it's on the Facebook page. I don't think Malorne is that bad. He plays well with Ramp Druid.

Yeah just saw. Lol, makes me sad. That fake Malorne was a thousand times more fun and exciting. I think this Malorne is okay I guess.

Mal'ganis is fucking awesome. Why is Blizzard soooo fucking inconsistent in their design? It's like they are semi-retarded.

Fuck me I am so happy about Shaman Murlocs. I loved my Murloc Shock deck, and now Neptulon is quite cool, but definitely not the Shaman legendary they really needed.

I don't fully understand Light of the Naaru, it says "Target", so can you use it on yourself and still summon a Lightwarden if your hero isn't at full life? That card is really cool/good. 1 mana to restore 3 health and summon a 1/2 that gets buffed easily? Nice. Seems like we are going to have some serious balance issues once this set is released with how inconsistent some of these cards are for each class. A couple classes seem to have been shafted.

Holy fuck Dark Whispers is fun. Summon 5 wisps or give a minion +5/+5 and taunt. Hahaha.

Husky casting a random GvG match. Mostly just to show off new mechanics, animations, etc

I like how minions parachute down from shredders.

So do we have a release date?

Fuck me some of these card rarities blow my mind. Cogmaster's Wrench is an epic huh? Really? A 3 mana 1/3 weapon that has +2 attack if you have a Mech. That is Epic quality huh? Shadowbomber, a 1 mana 2/1 that Battlecry: deals 3 damage to each player, an epic? Huh?

So happy to see a couple new Pirates, but sad that the ones I've seen so far are very underwhelming. One-Eyed Cheat has a little potential.

Will Arcane Nullifier replace Sen'jin? 1 less attack but can't be targeted by spells or abilities, hmmm.

So far from what I've seen, it seems Warlock has been given the best cards overall. But it's too early to tell, that's just my guess. I've seen a lot of great Warlock cards.

thats not good enough to be worth a spot in control warrior.
I don't know about that. Either way, it's a pretty damn good card imo. It'll find its way into quite a few decks.

Light of the Naaru is so awesome.

Interesting that they've made a card that is flat out better than another card at the same rarity. Gnomeregan Infantry is 3 mana for a 1/4 with Charge and Taunt. Silverback Patriarch is a 3 mana for a 1/4 with Taunt. Obviously Patriarch is worthless (and this new card is quite worthless as well), but still, it is rare for any card game to make a card that is flat out better than another, even MTG rarely does it after over a decade of cards getting better and better.

Echo of Medivh will make Mage Giants even more real.

I think it was mentioned earlier in the thread that it doesn't work like that. I think due to the word "play" being used. Pretty sure "play" has to come from your hand?

Yup, play means from hand. Summon doesn't count.

Mini-Mage is another dumb epic and a silly design. (4) 4/1; Stealth; +1 Spell Damage. Why the fuck would they not make that 1/4 (although that'd still suck, at least it'd make sense)? It has stealth to presumably give you a way to maintain spell damage, but 1 health = it dies to every single AoE spell or Made Bomber type shit in the game, so the stealth may as well not be there. I suppose it's cool to hide it for 1 turn, use a spell and then crash it into a minon, but meh, really dumb design imo. A shittier Ogre Magi/Jungle Panther at epic. Fail. So many literal "epic" fails.

Trump says it was confirmed that it only works with cards that are played. No spells or hero power.

It's pretty much shit due to that.
