I fell down a rabbit-hole on Youtube. This video though has some Big Flex levels of Female Bodybuilder booty in it. I never would have guessed she has scoliosis. Almost enough to get me into a gym

this stems for a skorea thing 10 years ago called Mukbang. Basically a person just sits and eats and you watch, the initial intention was that a lonely person would eat along.

Then ppl who are on diets (as many asians are in order to stay under the 105lb weight limit of being an asian girl), just watch it as food porn

Then requests came in, and ppl just decide that they want to see them eat more and more, and they did and they got PAID.

Mukbang streamers get paid 4,5 figures.

So then whats the rule for ASMR? if you can put microphones around any activity, might as well ASMR it, and there you have ASMR Mukbang.

Chiropractics is complete bullshit but it does feel great to pop joints.

Thats the sole reason that field of pseudo quackery is so succesful.

A good solid spinal popping is one of the most amazing feelings in the world. My wife will walk down my back to pop it and it feels fucking amazing.

But there is no such thing as subluxation and there is no correction going on.

But also popping joints is essentially harmless, just be careful popping your neck. Can give yourself a stroke if you tear the major veins going up your spine yanking it too hard.
