Its a south facing wall which is going to scorch everything in there, not sure how to keep it at a good temperature. I think we will mostly have tomatoes and chili in there in buckets.

The movies never do wood chippers justice. The speed you would get pulled in might be fast enough to rip a limb off but more than likely you would be splatter faster than you could blink.

Video was highly unsatisfying, just them installing a French Drain. Extra lame, it looked like any excess drains into a 5 gallon bucket that this guy now gets to monitor and empty on a regular basis.
I was really hoping to see something that flung the water back over to the neighbor's side. The minute my neighbor chucked the plywood, the trying to be nice days would be over.

what a faggot
take a reel of fishtape
tie one end to the fishtape with tubing
and at the other end tie a few cans of expanding foam (i'm sure one can will just fill up the tube itself, so you'll need more to "push" it out)
i would say $100, because you have to buy a sacrificial tube and a few cans to "test" this out
and when his basement floods, he'll have known better.
obviously we want to shove this foam as far back into his property as possible, cuz if theres foam right at the outlet, the most obvious culprit is you.
