Whatever happened from 0.68 to 0.71 was way too much of a nerf. I let it run 8 hours and wasn't able to buy a single x2 card range. Credits gain was 8 seconds per yesterday and now is like 20 minutes for one, that intended? 8 hours netted around 16 credits today...

No nerf intended, it just turned out to be really hard to balance things. I assume you own these four cards? Actually... 8 seconds sounds way too fast. There was a day or so where it was completely broken and way too fast.

Yes I own all the cards (wasn't there more?) and yes, the 8 secs yesterday was way too much, of course. Although credit acceleration could also be a nice item or bonus to catch, was very satisfying to watch them surge like that!

But today I'm not progressing anything and 40 to 56 credits took around 8 hours

Pretty sure passive income yesterday said "billions". And: is the bonus from bountiful gone/not working? 10Sx is nothing when you need Sp. I always watched the game for chests that was a huge spike when you caught one but today not noticeable anymore.

Super fun idle game, I hope you improve it even more. You really hit that sweet spot between complexity and a chill game without too much to learn or manage.

I suppose this will help some, but it sounds like a little more oomph is required.

That is helping. Unsure what OOmph level needs application at this point, but that's also why this is early access. ;)

In terms of bizzare things I'd love to see just to see.... The ability to toggle certain attacks on/off (Daggers, Zap, Fireballs, Skulls) to see what difference for instance a "world without dagger" would be. Or a world without fireballs....

Thanks, great info. That does sound slow. Chests are based on your current income, so they should always have the same relative value. This one seems to be 152x2 = 302 = 5 minutes of income.

I could just change a single number and make it faster, but I wonder what effect it will have at lower levels. Turning things off does seem bizarre lol

Maybe just add another card with a much higher diamond bonus?

That could work. Determine around what the diamond cache of a person hitting one of the harder "soft walls" is then place a diamond booster card around there. Maybe make a series of cards with escalating costs and each has the benefit of "diamonds do 10% more boost".

I think a few x2 and an x4 card got removed? Whatever the patch yesterday did had a massive income hit. It was too fast before, I was getting a diamond every 30 seconds or so, was like 3% per tick. Now I’m not sure exactly cause I didn’t time it but I believe it was mathing out to more than an hour to get one based on the % per tick.

A first stab at this. Numbers are pulled out of my a... rena. Not deployed yet. It might be too much, but honestly I have no idea how things are up at your crazy levels.

I did remove the last few. The multiplicative scaling with the diamonds just got completely out of hand. Bad testing on my part. An hour... how many diamonds do you have?

I think that's a solid approach. The only mathing would be around if there is a point even with that in which the diamonds would be more valuable than the Shiny. heh

It would always be worth it at some point. The player has to figure that one out.

7872 diamonds. It takes 42 seconds to get 1%, so ~68 minutes to get a diamond. That is without buying the new cards you added today.

After buying the new cards I'm at 6572 and it takes 7 seconds for 1%, so ~12 minutes to get a diamond.

More oomhp needed. Will look at it soon.

Do you have a save game you can spoiler? I think just adjusting the Shiny Diamond cards can fix it. Or maybe add some more.
