AllAdvantage. One of the first 'paid to surf' sites. It recorded mouse movements/clicks iirc. Soon after it launched people wrote mouse macros to mimic mouse movement.

The ranger's glade went thru several iterations after Sunmoon sold it. There is a "glade rebooted" site still in operation with some of the heavy posters from over the years, but very little of it has to do with gaming anymore.
