lol of course. Wouldn’t even shock me to see a 2 day new all time high or something these days if we get another tweet or peace deal. My 6 month options plays which were up about 15-20% are now all negative. The panda is sad. Can’t even stop losses on that shit because it’s low enough liquidity that it would dump at the end of everyday when the option market makers scan for weakness.

Merrill investment advisor steals $1.6m from NFL player's account. Merrill pays him $9.5m to settle the suit. That's like 6x what the guy stole. Also, this isnt a ponzi scheme. Its one guy's account. How do you honestly think you wont get caught doing this at some point.

So before today AAPL had went 14 straight trading sessions within about 2% of setting a new high ($260) and failing to do so. It basically went sideways between $254 and $258.

It said they disclosed $16M in damages for the lawsuit, not totally sure what those damages are as they just gave broad categories. There could be mismanagement or misallocation that resulted in lost profits as well as the outright thefts mentioned.
