I could be mistaken but I am pretty sure any US tax changes need to be authorized by Congress via a bill.

All my bios are running today. Supposed to be a lot of fda approvals in june/july so that's probably why. They've been solid through this whole downturn since Feb though. Currently have BCRX, SELB, ITRM, and KPMH

ABT has really started moving back from that overselling the other week. Almost back to $111

For info I believe they can halt longer to allow the info to get out. Especially for something like this. XBI holds 1% BIIB which is why its screaming today.

It was halted at $286. It resumed at $450. This wasnt a run up. It was insta price action.
