Just binged this graphic novel. It describes the experience of someone who went through one of the worst troubled teen institutions. It's absolutely enthralling and expertly crafted. I've never heard of this entire system and it's been going on for nearly my entire life. I guess a physical book is being published, but it can be read in its entireity at

There are a few of these that sprang up recently. There's another one about a school in Ogdensburg NY on Netflix that I can't remember the name of.
