Yeah, i dont think it’s necessarily bad, i get rustled easy by combat systems that get “deeper and better!” When i am halfway through or in this case done and come back to try new content and everything is different in “small but not small” ways lol.

So its like i go back and replay the final boss just for fun- and the attack breaks system on the final had like 6-8 things to break the combo- now its like a dozen… and yeah, it works kinda different but its like , gotta learn it all again and i was just bleh… that patch added a smidge of story so i was interested, clawing at something to imo redeem the bungle of the finally - but I just gave up

Gotta be honest, a lot of these western developed "jrpg" games are kind of like drinking a lacroix orange vs. an orange juice. You get a hint of what they are doing, but it isn't nearly the same.

Just don't even bother with ARPG or ERPGs. Every time I play one I just think, "Man I'd rather be playing From Software instead" and end up just doing that. I was even replaying KOTOR II recently and ended up just stopping after the Pelagus level and ended up replaying Elden Ring instead.

Pretty sure a domain name for a Persona 4 remake was found so yeah, it's just a matter of time.
