Probably not unless one of the off-brand trackballs I tried accidentally had them, and I've been full-trackball since I ditched the desk a few years ago. I'll try one next time the wife needs a mouse though.

Cool , I don't need RGB so I keep it turned off. Battery life seems to be pretty decent. Not sure what it would be if you keep the lights on.
