This movie by all accounts should hold little to no appeal but has some of the best animation/choreography I have ever seen. Some truly laugh out loud moments and an actual reason for them to be singing. If you like the spider verse movies even a little this is worth your time.(same animators).

Yeah this wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It did have some funny moments like when the girls were drooling over the guys. The kids in the neighborhood like it, they’ll randomly sing one of the songs.

Watched it with my wife, she liked it a lot, and I enjoyed it some too. The facial animations were the highlight for me. It was a refreshing departure from most of the slop out there.

My wife saw the songs from this were trending on Spotify and wanted to watch it. It really is a solid/good movie. Girl Asmongold liked it a lot as well.

This has getting a lot of good up toots in the liberal media, so that has me worried.. however i watched the preview a month or so ago and nothing triggered crazy lgbtqwxyz stuff.. other than girl boss, but its OG content made to be female protagonist so thats fine. And apparently from the preview they like men, so..

The only ones I can imagine getting mad at this movie are the ones who were defending DMC demons and LOTR orcs, because demons are bad here.

It’s good. I’m surprised libs like it. It has pretty girls going gaga over men due to their looks, and abs.

Kind of depends on your relationship with Korean stuff in general? We got about halfway through last night after dinner. I laughed at the demon boy band because they look hyper Korean straight off Singles Inferno or one of the other terrible K-reality shows. The animation is pretty good and the story is fine. VA is a little hit or miss. Has some adult’ish humor but isn’t super layered with attempts at that kind of subtle stuff.

It’s fine. Pretty enjoyable. We’ll finish it tonight.

Pretty sure lucas get royalties, it was done to sell toys. In his day toy sales were a fuck ton of revenue. So much so Mel Brooks wasn’t aloud to make any toys for Spaceballs.
