That's if Oro knows that the 4th sealed half of Kurama's chakra inside him. He might since he's a genius, but we'll find out next week(?)
Its an interesting twist seeing this. Naruto and the Kyuubi will finally go full power, and who else would know everything besides the First 4 hokage's? They've been there and seen it all. I wouldnt be suprised to see if Orochimaru releases them to fight for Konoha in the war. Would be nice to see them team up and go against the reanimated Madara. Kinda like the failed 5 Kage's against Madara. As well as seeing Naruto and his father team up for an epic fight would be amazing.

I could either see Oro using those 4 Hokages to finish wiping out Kohona (he'd appreciate the irony) but... using them to take out his competition in the form of Tobi and Madara would also make sense.

Madara and Hashirama (1st Hokage) settled the village TOGETHER (along with the 2nd Hokage, Hashirama's brother, who became the 2nd Hokage when the 1st died). Those three existed together rather concurrently. And the resurrection was created by the 2nd Hokage.
Well supposedly the 2nd was the one who invented edo tensei so if that's true, he of all people should be able to break the jutsu just like Madara. But he was summoned early on in the series in the fight against the third. Sooooo yea that's a gaping plot-hole if no explanation is offered.
Im pretty sure Madara explained it allready. You have to cast a particular jutsu right as the Edo Tensei is being ended. Thats why Madara couldnt break free earlier, only after the Edo Tensei was released could he truly be "free".

No, it was explained. Itachi after defeating Kabuto used genjutsu to force Kabuto to reveal the hand seals needed to cancel it and then had him execute the release. Once this occurred, everyone summoned regained complete autonomy of their actions as they turned to dust. It was only at this moment that Madara could use the Edo Tensei technique on himself and cancel the contract with Kabuto (presumably making himself the summoner of himself). The 2nd Hokage never had that opportunity because he was sealed before Orochimaru released control.
Interestingly, Itachi had the opportunity (though perhaps not the knowledge that you could use it that way) to use the Edo Tensei he had just learned from Kabuto to do what Madara did but chose to die.

He is basically saying that if you know the jutsu, you can release yourself from the service of the one who summoned you, and you will have a body that is immortal, unlimited chakra, and cannot be controlled. Hence why he is so OP in the manga right now. His original intention was to have Nagato resurrect him using the Rinnegan but that would have made him mortal.

But as Madara has explained - he still needs his mortal body as his current one can't be the container for the 10 Tails. I think Madara wants to execute his moon-eye plan even if he has to give up his current overpowered body.

I couldn't tell what Oro was doing in this chapter but I knew what he wanted to do. Now you've got four giant Chekov's guns in the scene and if you're going to jump the death shark you may as well jump the death-god shark.
Whether Naruto is going to get the evil side of the 9tails is up in the air. I could see it going either way. They've seemingly retconned the fox so hard that I wouldn't be surprised if they retconned the evil side of him. I also wouldn't be surprised if they just made him semi-evil but more powerful again, or a torn character. Either way it doesn't matter because this story is ending soon.
As for Oro, nothing would make me happier than to see him turn face by having the opportunity to destroy Konoha but saves it instead. What I really want to hear is what the third has to say about seeing Orochimaru giving him a double thumbs up.

It's not just that page, its also from Kabuto describing his control over the Edo Tensei individuals (Ch. 513, 532, 582) and Itachi (and other resurrected ninjas) describing what's occurring when its released (Ch. 589). Combine those three, and the implication is what I wrote above.

The half of the 9-Tails chakra that got sealed was not his "evil" half. That half is just the "spiritual" portion of chakra while the remaining "physical" half is what remained (hence why Naruto can make trees grow while in Kyuubi mode).
What this means for Naruto and Kurama, remains to be seen.
