this is a huge part of the AAA Shitshow and ugly characters we have going on in western gaming. I'm not sure if its woke leftists, sag-aftra, or dipship studio heads trying to bank on star power.

Sometimes it works well like Cameron Monaghan in the Jedi Fallen Order games but yeah....Debra Wilson characters do not need to look like Debra Wilson.

x-men origins:wolverine was Team x as well. I'm not sure when this team first originated. but its been in comics for a while now,and not made up for this game.

His Canadian team was Alphalfight.

Fringy from the efap crew finished it. and "this isn't fun, the gameplay is tedious" was a big take away.

the on rails. and storyline too.
"this game is not cool"

Thats a big thing that becomes super obvious real fast. soyverine is real. the most uncool Wolverine ever.
playing "never have I ever" with mystique. feelings. looks like a dough boy. at no point does the character look or make you feel bad ass.

its not the "mainline" timeline or anything, but the story is also very frustrating.
Jean x Wolverine one true pair.. AGAIN. no scott. Jean is 45. and if you do the nightmare doors in fact find out Jean has in fact reincarnated 10+ times, and Wolverine keeps finding her to have a relationship with her. I shit you not.
oh, and yes. Jean is reincarnating. why you might ask?
Because the phoenix. yes. yet another ORIGIN story for fucking Jean that IMMEDAIATELY goes full Phoenix force. She unlocks and uses the Phoenix force to beat Sinister. Allowing Wolverine to kill him.

Sinister is also retarded. has all the powers. Telekinesis, leeches, power suck, etc. he overpowers and insta gibs Jean and Wolverine... monolouges and then just leaves. Leaving them alone in his mission control room, to destroy his super sentinels... and then when they catch up to him again.. he doesn't use that power again. and only after losing to Wolverine in a fist fight, does he use leeches power...

Game also teases Apocalypse. Which sure, Sinister is usually related to Apocalypse. but this is done in a very stupid way.

5 minutes of uninterrupted dialogue of Lesbian Mystique talking to her wife about what to buy her for her birthday however.
