Don't see a general thread for shows don't deserve need their own threads, and the D+ thread is over in movies, so guess I'll necro this old thing.
Enjoyed a binge of this today.
And while I'm at it, I indulged in some Deadliest Catch this season for the first time in years (since shortly after Phil Harris died, because I hated how they handled that), because one of the boats actually had to abandon ship. Was kinda interesting. So much of that show feels so staged otherwise though, can't really watch what feels like forced / manufactured conflicts.
Here's the evacuation and the outcome, for anyone remotely interested.

Wife and I started watching the Top Guns one. I thought it was going to be at the Top Gun school using the Top Gun Maverick cameras. But no, this is student aviators in advanced jet school, prior to even being winged.
It's still a fun watch, but holy shit does it make me glad I dropped out of being a Navy pilot when I did (although I likely would've ended up in helos). I'm not sure my body or eyesight would've held up for what it's worth.
