IMO the biggest issue baseball has is,, the micromanaging and MOST ESPECIALLY game length
from fast DDG (not google) search:
football game - ~ 3hr 10 minutes
basketball game ~2 hr 20 minutes
nhl ~2hr 20 minutes
MLB ~3hr 5 minutes. in the playoffs its ~3hr 45minutes+
in the 1970's the game took on average 2hr 30 minutes
mlb NEEDS to speed up the game, it just takes too long with todays short attention span teens and early 20's adults = bored. not watching.
