It's not that outlandish of a statement. I don't think he goes straight from a hypothetical win over Chandler to a match against Makhachev, but I think his star power is still big enough for the UFC to offer him a top 5 ranked fighter like Chandler and a top 5 win definitely puts him right into the title picture.

God only knows how long it will be before he can pass a drug test though.

I was about to say he's smarter than that and definitely set it up as consensual, but then I remembered he's Jake Shields and in the Diaz crew, so... At least he didn't broadcast the video of the start of the engagement.

Both Jackson and Shields look like idiots now, for different reasons.

I never would have heard the Nazi accusation thing if Shields hadn't escalated it. And now Jackson just can't seem to let this shit go. He sounds like someone who is going to get endlessly called out and he's going to respond to each and everyone person and accuse them of being nazis.
