Just got back from watching them. Got all mine (or the one's I cared enough about) right except 1 and that was the Grant / Winman fight. Though that was just a coin toss on my part since I really didn't know Grant and only very little of Winman. But holy shit I though Winman's eye literally exploded on that punch that basically ended the fight.
Rampage I was rooting for just out of nostalgia and being an old fan, but I had my money on Glover lol. Always sad to see the old legends just kinda fade away. And did anyone else think Rampage looked a lot smaller than he normally does in his fights?
Had Bader winning mainly cause he's still young and always improving, where as Vlad is getting up there in the years. I typically pick the younger experienced fighter over the older experienced fighter, though not always, there are exceptions of course
Pettis I already knew that was going to happen though I will admit I was little worried since it's been awhile since he fought and then even more worried when I saw him in the cage. Looks much smaller and not nearly as ripped as I remember him being. Did not disappoint though!
And of course absolutely was going for Johnson. So much so I wanted to see him kick Dodson's annoying cackling hyena laughing head right off into the crowd. Alas they are flyweights so that will never happen. I was impressed with Dodson early on though, he was really bringing it, but then he started slowing down and on the flipside Johnson just kept getting more and more energetic. Great performance by both of them IMO though. Definitely not a boring fight.
edit: As much as it pains me to agree with Calhoon I also think Dodson won 1-3.. but you know what they say: to beat the champ and become the new champ you really have to beat the champ decisively.
Oh and also, fuck Guida. Someone get Greg Jackson away from this guy so we can actually see some entertaining fights from him again.
