Stories 2 landed really well for me, mostly because the combat keeps adding layers without getting messy, and you don’t need to play the first game to follow along. While grabbing it on sale, I also peeked at denuvo just to see whether the PC version had any quirks at launch, and it saved me a bit of guesswork. The trial’s performance lines up with the full game too.
