They made sure Cole can't ever comeback lol. They explained who can't get resurrected and killed him off with everything they described

The actor is definitely coming back in MK3 but as who hasn’t been revealed yet.

No one said Cole is being brought back.

I like the actor a lot. I dont know what to do but maybe put him in a character like Smoke/Cyrax type role?

When you get entirely dissolved in acid, I suppose it makes sense to keep going as Smoke.

This is on HBO Max now.

I didn't like Karl Urban's look in pictures or trailers, but it worked while watching the movie somehow. I liked it better than the first movie, but it felt a little rushed...the tournament matches just kind of started without a real urgency/build-up. The timing was a little weird, too...they somehow had time to do an entire ritual between when the good guys got teleported away and when the bad guys did.
It was entertaining enough.
