You know, fuck this cop. He's on the side of the road talking to someone else about a traffic accident, claims to see her illegally pass and 'speed by at a high rate of speed'. No radar gun, no cop car, no lights. His unmarked car was parked '100 meters away' if I remember what he said correctly. Some rental security looking gate guard mother fucker comes running out at me waving his hands an arms, I ain't stopping either. He says he is clearly a uniformed police officer? Not from where I sit and if there is no cop car visible, I'd have even more doubt he was a real cop. Fuck that dude. I've gone back to look at his uniform and it does not look like any cop I see around here, dude looks like private security.
Also according to the guy making the video (I ain't doing my own research on this bullshit) there is no pursuit doctrine in this case either and him driving around and entering into their home and recording without a warrant is also a no go, though I suspect they will use the 'I was invited in' excuse to beat that.
Yeah. Good lawyer should get all this reduced to a traffic violation and get rid of the felony 'flight from justice' or whatever bullshit.
Also, haven't dug into it deeply but fuck the dad. Even if your daughter is bug fuck crazy, you didn't see shit, don't say shit and don't commit to anything. Especially if the cop is having a phone call with you instead of just carting her off? He has nothing. Get fucked.

Yeah, the cop is in uniform, but... white shirt and black pants...yes a uniform but not a INSTANTLY identifiable type of "COP" uniform.
Dad was right but had /very bad/ info and /assumed/ info... and cops are 99% bull crap info.
and yet again this comes down to - ALWAYS remain silent - never allow them to come into your property etc. etc.
