So what do you guys use to manage your music? I've recently (past 6 months) begun using a piece of software called Muso (http://klarita.net/muso.html) and I must say it's just superb. Especially if you use Squeezebox, since it can also control their hardware (or can control foobar if you like). Anyway, definitely check it out. It's amazing how much information it allows you to extract from your collection. The screenshot below, for example, is the album detail view of all your files pertaining to that album (.nfo files, cdart, album covers etc) that can be displayed (even zoomed, like you see on the right). Also notice next to the album name I'm able to display the exact version of the album I'm listening to (which is extracted from the tags). It's just stuff like this that I've never seen anywhere else that drew me to Muso.
