Plot: Dutch coach Thomas Rongen attempts the nearly impossible task of turning the American Samoa soccer team from perennial losers into winners. Inspired by the methods of the Jamaican bobsled team he turns to disgraced bobsled coach Irving "Blitzkrieg" Blitzer. Dumped out of the tournament in the qualifying rounds, the team is forced to band together to retrieve their stolen canine mascot "Plucky"
