Why do the Browns and Browns fans seem to think Hoyer is some franchise QB and now they are in the most enviable position with two franchise QBs. They have one shit tier 160lb QB who can't perform a read to save his life and a journyman who played 3 games then had his leg taken off.

If you were a fan of the Factory of Sadness you'd probably be excited to get any mediocre of better quarterback too. The dark years for the 49ers were rough as fuck with terrible qb after terrible qb, and that was only like 8 years. Imagine nearly 30 straight years of that shit.
