Man, Seattle will be 4-5. Already lost the head to head tiebreak with Green Bay, has to play at Minnesota in couple weeks (if they lose that, would lose tiebreaker with whichever of them doesn't win the North), 2 games back of Atlanta with a worse conference record (though likely would improve/overtake to actually gain those 2 games). Not saying any of the 4-5 teams are out of the wild card discussion in the NFC, neither Green Bay or Atlanta has looked that hot lately.

I wouldn't call the game over yet. Didn't Seattle come back from a similar situation in the NFC Championship last year?
