I don't fully understand why this is funny, but maybe it's the fact the Leafs have finally won something... from their captain?
At least most of us can agree the Leafs suck and with Austin they're no closer to the Cup than they were two weeks ago.

Take this "flagship" back - I'd rather go back to watching my tank-racing Canucks then see this blasphemy.
Also, this must be how a team's fanbase must feel after winning the Cup a few times. First time gold medal was great for me (2010) - subsequent golds were great, but not fucking awesome.
Losing this time doesn't sting as much if we hadn't won in 2010 in our own country.
