The patch announcement killed my interest in it. Their logic that they should save class balance fixes for the next league is insane considering it's EA.

@Animosity if you liked the Agency you should watch the French original, Bureau Des Legendes which ran for 5 seasons. I watched all of it after Agency finished and it's genuinely top tier TV.
It feels a little low budget at first compared to the high budget and high tech US London embassy - almost like a French version of The Office, but I quickly forgot about that. Agency basically remade S1 but swapped the locations to make them more US geopolitically relevant and more up to date re Russia/Ukraine. About halfway through S1 I stopped comparing the two.

Top 10% is $1000 a month
Top 5% is $2000 a month
Top 3.6% is $4700 a month
Top 1.5% is $10k a month
(Those brackets aren't fixed but are all relative to how everyone is doing on the platform)
The figures are a bit misleading because they make it look harder than it actually is to make money.
It's not about attractiveness, quality of content or size of existing following but how good your marketing is. The reality is that most people earning peanuts aren't putting in enough effort, or work (eg they're just hobbyists who made a creator account then forgot about it) or their marketing sucks.
Then, once you get into the top 10 or top 5%, it's mostly about optimising what you're doing and putting in more effort in order to start making more.
Someone I know had 200 paid fans and was top 5%. She's just hired a chatter (someone from the philippines, vietnam etc) that will do all the sexting, chatting etc (which she hates) and he made $300 in the first two hours, lol.

Now that the official asshat nominations is finalised I can break my vow of silence and ask that you once again intervene on my behalf. If you remember, I was rickshawed for writing in Hebrew in the antisemitism thread.
When it was announced that repeat winners would be eligible I decided to refrain from posting. This was pre-empting another nomination, and I thought not posting would not give anyone any reason to nominate me. If I was nominated despite no reason, then it would expose the nominations as nonsensical.
It was therefore amusing that my rickshaw period expired - and it was extended just because someone pointed out it had expired - even though I had not posted once, due to the aforementioned vow of silence.
This shows that not only was the initial rickshaw unreasonable but the extension was unjust too.
Now, someone might point to the above motivations behind the vow of silence and say "look - even when he's rickshawed I can't stop him plotting to get one over on this board". But the question then is - who is being foiled by my vow of silence - people that wanted to nominate me for asshat despite giving them no reason.
In the end nobody nominated me anyway, so nobody has been 'exposed'. If I really am a menace to this society, then a self initiated vow of silence should have been welcomed.
