Lichbow does look pretty bonkers. i may give it a try if i happen to get the currency for it in the right combination. looks pretty wild.

I been playing merc galvanic lightning tactician pin.

I started to fuck with armor+iron reflexes + glancing blows + Polish that gear + stay light, use cover. it's pretty wild how much i soak for medocre gear. i'm using

The rocket boot is pretty fun, but only being able to "roll" (rocket away) on a 3.9 or so cooldown is crippling vs some foes though, like the purple seeker flowers REALLY want you to roll away. Is there a way to get substantially more cooldown reduction? or maybe + usages on the r ocket boots? i may have to drop them and just rely upon my other bits.

goregirdle and stay light are kind of wacky every time i look at my stat line.

Started a new character today after the Zoomancer felt done.

Decided to try warrior as I have never played it before. Kinda clunky until act 3, starting to pop now at the end of act 3. Leapslam/Boneshatter.

Not sure what version to play at maps.

man i pulled the breaker on a tower map. and the camera zoomed waaaay out. and it didn't zoom back in for several minutes. i was able to play zoomed way out and actually see enemies within my shooting range. it was glorious.

jesus christ. i got one of those "clear the sandstorm" maps. it was the end of the reservoir. the boss is the "Zahmir the blade sovereign" which has this giant room you have to RP walk to the boss before you can do anything but RP walk.

THe room has an abyss and a rare in it. so i had to RP walk forward and lure things back to my ballista over and over (at minimum RP walk speed) to clear the room. eventually i wandered close enough to 'start the boss' and STILL could not fight so i RP walked out of the room and am gonna try to clear some trash there and see if it starts to act right. quite a bug haha

Had a crazy Warrior campaign, Act 3 and Interlude 1 Divine drop. I usally need to go balls deep into maps for that.

Warrior is fun though even if its just Leapslam and Boneshatter right now. Perfect striking bosses can be rewarding as well.

It's a shame concoction skills are still ass. Is there an alternative for doing the campaign that's as gear "agnostic" as possible? I was thinking hollow palm but you still need to get armor upgrades. Also, lol, melee.

It's amazing how for the third patch in a row, the campaign is still hyper stingy with gear progression. Especially when compared to the endgame.

No uniques, I think GGG needs to work on the API in order third parties to scrape that. I thought you were looking for currencies based on your original post.

Switched to that build just now, or some frankenstein version of it anyway. And jesus it does lots of dmg lol. And I havent even updated the passive tree for it. Still using the leveling one.

Gained 11 levels from initial start of build and was able to flesh out my passive tree a bit to get ~2k hp/4k es/65% evasion on top of built in lich DR so it's basically impossible to die. I was able to get my MS up to 70% which feels really nice when you can just go hold left click and go with no movement attack penalty.

I think I might try to snag a haste aura pet and see if dropping wind dancer or ghost dance to free up some spirit hurts me at all. Would love to get more MS without spending more money on the build.

Oh and I noticed that when you use requiem it actually plays music for the 12 second duration of use. Nice touch.

I decided to give this a try since there's a fair bit of overlap in gear I can re-use (in particular my Rakiata's Flow which seems to be in almost every build now).

I assume you leveled as ED/C? That's how I've started, except using tons of +spirit stuff to have a bunch of minions and then I get most of my +spell damage for ED/C by using a 12% per 10 spirit Threaded Light in my offhand. When were you able to switch to the xbow build? Neither of the two people who've put out guides have done anything remotely useful for before you have like 100 div worth of gear ready to go.

I'm trying to setup a PoB2 plan for the xbow build that uses Constricting Command but not any of that other ridiculously expensive shit like Death Articulated + Sirrius or Headhunter (I hate that item so much... if you want to get one eventually then you have to plan all your gear around not having any defenses on your belt, except that's all rare belts have going for them in PoE2). No idea if it's going to work or not, since I already know I'm also not going to be happy with any build that isn't able to move around like Deadeye can on a rhoa. Seems like that's a ton of investment in both base movement speed and also removing the penalty for moving while shooting.

League's getting pretty stale at this point too. It was fun while anyone could craft stuff, but the currency manipulator people have driven the value of exalts so low, and also annuls so high, that basically you're shit out of luck if you don't already have a massive pile of currency to start with.

Killed Arbiter last night and hit 91, aside from 2 items that sold for 2 divs apiece, haven't been very lucky wity the T4 and T5 drops I've been getting.

All the T1 / T2 mod items are the garbage ones. If I had better crafting knowledge I'm sure I could have made some of them sellable, but it just seems like a lot of work when I have less than 10 div to my name.

Wanted to swap a piece or two of gear to get more rarity but all similar pieces WITH rarity added are all at least 10+ div and I can't afford that.

Ideally I'm trying to finish the normal atlas passives but I'm not even sure how to get the remaining points......think I need most of the unique maps and then corrupted nexus?

I made the swap at 78 from ED/C. Just adding the xbow and like 3/4 of my passive tree changing. Then at 84 I swapped gear completely and was able to fix my passive tree from the gaps it was filling. I bought everything for super cheap 1-5ex, then desecrated which got me really solid es + resists. I used the 6 desecrate mod for my chest by buying the -20 reduced implicit chests. Took me 6 tries and got a high evasion (1850) + deflection + resist (fairly lucky). My neck is just a decent +50 spirit with resists. Rings are flat lightning/phys + resists. Belt is hp + resists. Basically all pieces aside from chest have energy shield. All my jewels are +xbow dam, +attack speed and one with those stats + movement speed for the ascendancy node. I just barely made it into the -100 ms penalty while shooting cause I had a double socket boot from a lucky corrupt.

Selling your rakiatas flow could deck yourself out pretty well with way better gear and jewels than mine and I clear nice. With unlimited money this build would feel like a queen of the forest deadeye that never has to stop to shoot imo.

Is performance worse this league then the previous ones? I swear it takes almost a minute to load the game on first load, each map load is probably 10 seconds plus. And even though my FPS says its 60+, it feels like 10-15? 4070 TI S, 5800x, NVME on 4.0 lanes directly to the CPU SSD. Not the fastest rig but damn. Was getting great FPS on BF6.

It’s shit, god forbid you juice a map as well. Can’t see shit and the game bogs down and I don’t mean the normal ground clutter I mean it just stops rendering shit and you can’t see anything even the clutter, have to navigate by the mini map to gtfo out then do drive by in and out, they need to do better.

I think the red gears on start up is shader recompilation. I'm not sure why it seems to do it on a daily basis, that's only necessary when the game or GPU drivers are updated.
