Did you have Int on your old boots? Are you really sure you don't have 108 int? And level 80?

Also, does one of the sockets have a Limit 1 augment in it and you already have a limit 1 augment?

Probably socket, the right one is the same as the armor. If it was int or level they'd show in red I think.

It should be the movement speed rune, ya. Someone in global had that same issue today and it was a duplicate movespeed rune in one of their other slots.

I had the same issue when I tried to double dip two Ralakesh idols on my helmet and belt.
