Titan in titans grotto drops a quest item for the horn, in which, after you get all the pieces, you blow to get rid of the sand storm to progress through act 2. the two medallions that are the quest items for the extra charm belt slot and your choice of extra charges or longer charges or whatever the fuck it is, drop off the heyenas in bone pits and the snake bitches in keth.

The piece he dropped disappeared when I left the cave. So I can’t complete the horn quest because it’s gone now.
Sorry to hear that but just reroll. Its only act 2. And its not a common thing. I have leveled countless characters from .3 to .5, like 6 this league alone and this never happened to me. When something quest related drops, and its in your inventory give it a few seconds before you portal out next time to make sure it registers. Without that piece im afraid your character is bricked and cannot advance.

If you need some items or currency to make your act 1-2 less difficult next time hit me up, tell me so here and ill log in and give you some shit.

browse the guild bank for stuff, there's good leveling equipment for every slot. As well as a whole bunch of uniques in the unique tab.

I don't know if you can report the bug in game but if you can I would. Every bit of evidence should help them fix it.

What do you guys think is the "correct" end game task order? heres what Im thinking atm.

step one. Save tablets do not use them, yet. they will make maps harder, but without the better drops from atlas passive, nor level 80+. not worth using yet.

step two. progress through map tiers and atlas, to t11.

step three. 3rd ascend.

step four. corruption nexus for doryani mastre and +1 attempts at maps. also, 2 more for "hidden patterns", to help enable moving around the map faster. and "irradiated" for +1 monster level.

step five. progress through map tiers and atlas, to t15, and arbiter of divinity.

step six. Imbues are universally useful. so, doing simulacrum at this point is probably a solid idea.

step 7. then breach/wombtree?

step 8. Jado? "50% increased exception items, and "pinnacle bosses have 50% increased chance to drop lineage supports, and 35% inc chance to find lineage supports" is pretty huge.

step 9. then finish doryani. "head of the snake, and remnants of greatness" are veery powerful for targeted farm.

step 10. now we go back and finish atlas I think.

step 11. at this point, its worthwhile to start using those tablets you've been saving. t15/16 maps, level 80+ monsters.

step 12. no idea at this point. expedition, ritual, vaal temple? ascend 4?
T11 maps before 3rd ascend? I usually do mine before i'm even doing maps, or right as i'm starting maps. 3rd is really easy (maybe not for melee as I haven't tried melee in poe2 but for casters and bow builds it has always been easy for me). Also this league I just bought a t15 map after running a couple dozen t1-t5 maps cause map upgrading via gameplay in poe2 is awful.

I have not played all the classes or whatever, but the first and third ascendancy is the duds. Its the 2nd and 4th which are the money ones. I do my own for the first character but after this I always just get the paid carry for the 3 divs they sell for. I hate doing that shit in POE1 and POE2. POE1 was dogshit because the 4th was always RNG when you got the stupid map which had it. Sometimes you got lucky and got it at 70 something but sometimes you had to wait into your 80s and even further to get the map that finally had it. IDK, maybe they changed it but it was shit back when I played POE1. At least in POE2 the coins drop like candy. I almost have a full tab of the lv 80 ones. Dont even know why I keep them, lol.

I did my 3rd ascend after hitting T15 iirc, but it also wasn't really valuable until I swapped to ES anyway so there was no real reason to do it. As for early mapping, pretty sure they put a guaranteed overseer in the gate map when you enter the fortress, you just run that with blue maps(3 to 1 doryani if you don't get a map back) and remove it when you hit natural powerful map boss maps and you hit T15 in like 25-30maps total unless your luck is dogshit. I think you can hit the other gates too as you pass by to get another overseer tablet, think it's guaranteed until you unlock irriadiated tablet drops via the atlas.

Definitely the opposite for me. 3rd is always a huge boost in either dps or defense, 4th is mostly an afterthought. I always do the 3rd the moment I get a 60+ barya to drop. 4th can wait til like 85, sometimes even 90 if it's especially meh. Time-lost jewel radius was a massive boost on the sorc, granted it took a few levels to fill in all the nodes and then some more once I got my From Nothing, but still... that jewel is the single biggest dps increase for djinns by far.

I think sekhema sucks, but it's also extremely easy when you only play ES (or some other gimmick like ward or MoM) builds. Relics drop like candy now too, it's completely trivial to get 75% honour res at this point.

yeah. 3rd start dropping at level 60. but, I find thats not consistent. 65-70 the bulk of them. And I don't like to fail them. so overlevel to blast through. doing them 5-8 levels over.

Spirit walker is pretty bonkers.
Absolutely the easiest time I've had. makes all the ascends a joke. Easily mapping above level, etc.

I went in blind, but picked a player off of poe.ninja to copy. a monkey build.

I wanted to use shark though. so did that instead.
That player has some expensive items yes. but they aren't Required. Well a Sylvan's effigy is basically required, but don't need a max roll 2 socket corrupt one. you can just get the cheapest, to break the companion limit, and worry about getting a better one later.

at the high end, yes the build will scale with each idol slotted into gear, but at base level, you can function without.
Same with Forgotten warden. Great item. huge def, and nice damage boost. not required, nor is a 3 socket corrupt one required. eHP will skyrocket with it though. that ES, deflection when missing es, and 15% of deflection taken from companions.

its crazy how easy it is to scale defense with loyalty, and minons tanking for you.

tyrannys grip drops like candy. nice free str. and that innate 160-190% phys damage makes it really easy to runeforge upgrade it to a 400+ damage spear.

This is my actual atm:

Everyone talks about monkey. but the primal bear alone is stronger. its howl, leap slam, etc. its a beast. Shark is solid too. innate bleeds, which are a mistake to build for I think. better to just go raw phys damage with it too. also solid leap slams, tail swipe, etc.

"the catha"s balance" spirit walker passive is insane. when I got it, I had a 100 phys, 76 lit hit spear. that alone increased my companions dps by 40%. then I upgraded my Tyrannys grip to a 440 phys damage weapon. that increased my companions damage by something like 350%. insane power from 1 node. never seen so much raw power from one node, nor really see people talking about how busted it is. everyone just on about the monkey and its crit rate.

did a no hit sekemas, and blasted zarokh before he could even do his time freeze for the 4th ascend. (level 76. trial)
Chaos trials were basically the same. companions killing anything that moved near instantly.


The league starter chronomancer. infusions are still rough to work with. powered by verisuim helps a lot though..

I used captainlances build and then respecced into Kripparians tree that pathed to the witch minion nodes.

Basically immortal and one shots everything with monkey and 2 other companions (plus the unique items companions).

Not sure how to get more than 1 boss and 2 normal companions though.
