I guess by adding Mercs they finally decided to unfuck Animate Guardian, 10years later. I haven't played the game in forever so have no idea about the rest of the changes, I'll wait for someone whose job is to play this shit to tell me what's good but somewhat interested in the league, although I'll see, usually I get motivated before it releases then I start leveling and uninstall.

There are some mondo nerfs in here but overall these notes seem pretty solid. Some of the nerfs (Splitting Steel projectiles can no longer return) even come with buffs.

I don't think Clustering deserves a nerf. Though it did catch a stray from Heirophant. Clear is fantastic on the skill, but so is the base skill. And the single target is not noticeably better to make it imbalanced.

None of my planned builds were nerfed. One actually got a slight buff. Fuck, what am I going to theorycraft for the next 8 days?

League Starters:

Carnage makes getting those stun AEs really easy.

Heist got plenty of love in 3.23, you can get stacks of divines as rewards in grand heists. then again in 3.24 with scarabs, and now again in 3.26 with the map crafting option being both cheaper AND better with the atlas tree points.

some Replica uniques are crazy expensive.

Farming the Fledgling is insane profit at leaguestart. you can sell them as-is for 30c or vaal them first and get the good corruptions to sell them for >Div

you can't NOT make really great profit with heist.

Apparently there was a bug where block was going off more than it should. Don't remember which bug it was but you should look for that beforehand because they are fixing it.
