I'm a sucker for the scion so I'm all for them getting access to their Phrecia ascendancy. The only drawback I could think of for core Scavenger was it would add a lot of junky Flame/Flesh combos and dilute the overall pool for everyone a bit.
I expected more people in Keepers to hop on the ascendant train with the addition of bloodline ascendancies but that ended up not being a thing. I still think it's really strong.

It'll be bitter sweet turning off all rares pretty much the second you hit 2+ voidstones. It's nice screen clarity, but a lot of lost money not IDing that random rare worth 100c+ which I'm definitely not doing anymore.
The 6 link crisis seems to be solved then. And this means Foulborns are core as well which people SHOULD be happy about.

I want them to leave the tree exactly as it is.
I don't see 5 and 6L's being rare drops as interesting or fun in any way, and who cares if you can get good resist/defense/life gear to help you clear your atlas early? It doesn't spit out end game gear. It doesn't replace other crafting options past early game.
I think the way they gutted almost all of the *good* currency farms is exaggerating people's views of the rares the tree spits out. On the one hand we had easy access to very good early game gear, and that definitely drives the price of drops from other crafting related farms, like essences, down at first. But those prices never recovered, the crazy deflation of most things this league was because there simply was far less raw currency circulating for people to spend, and drove prices way down as a result. And league retention was terrible so there was far less end game crafting happening.
Let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater.

People are forgetting a lot of how the tree works. There's no grafts so:
No increased lifeforce gain
No "more likely to find XXX wombgifts" (this will be on atlas tree most likely)
Gifts can probably be targeted but will be much more rare. If that's the case they don't need to do much to the tree.

Pretty sure all the increased damage Light of Meaning's are dirt cheap and I think overall this should be fairly doable/cheap early. Using the Scion area to abuse %dmg increases from Light of Meaning while also getting other useful stats and 100% suppress from the passive tree. Combined with the new rings. This feels like some very good numbers for this level of gear
