You mean 5th Ed dnd just set in Norrath? You could do that pretty easily yourself

if you are somebody who does Homebrew campaigns anyway I don't think it would be too terrible. But if you're not a Homebrew kind of guy, then yeah, it would be a lot of work. Otherwise, you could just reskin a lot of the stuff that's already out there
