First episode didn't hold my attention, and I don't like wacky, cheerful Americans e.g Steve Carrell in the inferior version of The Office. Also, obviously he's not an actual actor but it felt very camp and exaggerated.

Anyway, googled the story after and lol?

The whole meta debate of how much is real, recreated etc should be interesting because one of the best shows of last year was The Rehearsal. And this does feel Fielder esque. Maybe I'll revisit it at some point
