30-45 weight training every other day

When's the last time you were in a fight? I was hanging out with some real shady, aggressive people when I was living in Saginaw. Drug dealers, ex-cons, etc. I know for sure I have the strength to kick an ass if I need to. When's the last time you fought anything but a keyboard battle?
