It wasn’t too bad. They brought back some good challenges / nods to the first season of Physical: 100. Final Draft was also okay if you haven’t watched that yet. Pretty sure Itoi was in that also.

My family loves these shows, all the physical 100s, final draft etc. We watch them all together, great family time. Physical Asia is probably the best one so far partially because of the format it meant women were in it until the end. Also the extra benefit of there being an Aussie team so we could complain about it being rigged etc, added fun!

The inclusion of the other countries like Australia, Turkey, and Mongolia was great. Especially Mongolia. You can just tell something is different in that Country by looking at those guys.

Also..

Was kind of cool seeing Pacquiao although it felt like a wasted celebrity appearance slot since he “had to leave.”

Unrelated, we also watch Special Forces on Hulu and in Season 2 (?) Dez Bryant was competing and got pissed during a challenge and left. Apparently he shit his pants and was embarrassed and decided to go ballistic and storm off set 😂[/spolier]

It's the blood of Genghis Khan...
I saw an interview with the Aussie team who said something about the Mongol captain having an aura, like they could feel power radiating off him.

there's a number of good korean and japanese competition shows on netflix. The cooking ones are good too.

The devil's plan is really good "brain/puzzle" type competition show as well.

Culinary Class Wars was great because Edward Lee genuinely seems like one of the nicest humans ever and watching him compete and cook was brilliant. Hopefully Season 2 is as good. infinite Tofu battle was crazy.

After Devil's Plan initially came out on Netflix I went and binged a whole bunch of stuff from the original version called "The Genius" and then "Time Hotel." Watched "Siren," "The Greate Escape" and umm.. 3 others I can't even remember. There was a Reddit thread with a Google sheet that linked directly to the streaming seasons.
