Love the god of war games but to your point, that fucker said "you're on fire brother" like a million times before they patched it. The rest was pure cinema and stoked for the next one.

The only reason I haven’t flat out jumped to Pc only is the ease of many games doing local co-op on PlayStation. That said, I know I won’t have to buy any games this year and have a decent enough backlog of good stuff to actually get use out of my ps5

In general, I wouldn’t necessarily mind “spin offs” or side series that interweaves that has a female protagonist. But that’s not what’s happening. This is a test for replacing Kratos. And even if it’s not, triple A cycles are so fucking long and expensive, that any side quest game focusing on a female or whatever is realistically forcing a main entry to be delayed or not happen. Plus we see who is involved.

If they were savvy, they’d have announced a Kratos game and this game. But that’s would require corporate intelligence and actually caring about the product.
