Regardless, I don't know anything about what's going on in the XBox side of things. People seem to like her though.
Nintendo basically turned heel in 2025 with their pricing models and general Nintendo bullshit. Metroid Prime 4 was a big letdown for everybody. They still have their Disney Adult type fanbase that gets excited for a fucking Star Fox 64 remake, but most people have a jaundiced view of the company right now.
Sony had a huge opportunity to capitalize on Nintendo's mistakes, and instead they've just gone all-in with AAA wokeslop and general out of touch behavior, while the PS5 Pro seemed more and more like a flop of an upgrade. Then they raised their prices even more than Nintendo did, so great job lads. $900 for a Pro is a joke. The one good thing Sony has done lately is the March updates they made for the Pro that significantly enhanced certain games. They actually got some good word of mouth going from that, and moved some decent unit sales before they priced people out of the system.
XBox is the one nobody expects much of anything out of, it barely exists anymore, like Sega Saturn in 1998. All they have to do is have their finger on the pulse of the audience a little bit and put out a system that doesn't have a retarded name, and they can start to do well again just based on how fucking clueless the other two are. #1 is well within the realm of possibility.

yeah it is hilarious how xbox could easily win if they put out a decent console with a good price and release games that aren't full of ugly ass tranny black men but unfortunately i think they will fail hard at the last point.
their hardware team is generally excellent (except controllers), their OS team is insanely good, but their software studios are just infested with women and soy boys who just whine and don't do any work, just demand more women, blacks, and ugly characters. Sony has the same problem without a good OS team. None of these people care about getting fired, they just con their way into another studio and trash their games and blame GAAS games, misogyny, racism, whatever every time their shitty game fails - AC Shadows, South of Midnight, Hellblade, Forspoken, Concord, Marathon, Sushima 2, on and on.
until someone goes in and clean sweeps the studios its gonna keep happening, which is fine since japanese/korean/chinese studios quickly pivoted and now only make games with big titty anime chicks

I just renewed my PS5 subscription and purchased Bond First Light. Maybe this is in the wrong section. If so, mea culpa.
6 hours in and I am HATING IT.
First- it's not Bond (but I could deal with that), second it wastes my time with piddly stupid side quests (find a lighter), and tells WAY too much story. That story, by the way, doesn't give a shit about Fleming. At what point during training in Malta was the sommelier class?
I find myself running in circles thinking about "what am I supposed to do here so I can play a game?"

Dude, just stop playing and put it on eBay. I left behind my "I have to finish every game I start" mindset in like 2022. If you bought it digital, well, sorry, eat the loss I guess. Only time I get things digital is if I either know I love the game (Bloodborne) or if it's a deep sale (15 or under, generally).
I spent about $4500 on games in the past few years and this past year I recouped $3643 of it. I only keep things I really like and will definitely do more with, at this point. When I play a game that I HATE, it doesn't really bother me, no need for a sunk cost fallacy keeping me engaged, just drop it on the 'bay and then drop it in a packing envelope.
Your most valuable resource is time, and the six hours you spent playing a game you hate is worth significantly more monetary value than the money you spent on the game itself. Once I started looking at things through that perspective, it really got rid of sunk cost fallacy for me.
