We are really making threads for Asylum moves now? Or did you think this was a real Predator film? lol

There is literally a thread for this kind of schlock that YOU post in

New movies that dont deserve their own thread.

I don't think anyone would mistake this for a real Predator movie. I just figured this glorious Predator garbage ripoff deserved its own sacred thread for Christmas.

This is the type of movie they used to release on dvd to confuse grandmothers buying Christmas gift

“little Johnny said he wanted fast and furious 4 on dvd. Hmm what’s this? This one says faster furious: forever racing. And it’s only $9.99! This must be it”

A doctorate in book report writing.

Sounds strenuous.
Hey, he's somehow made more shitty movies then any of us and still managed to get funding one after the other despite the flops. I mean the man made movie based on Dungeon Siege with Jason Statham and Bert Reynolds.

He even did an event where he boxed a bunch of movie critics and beat their asses.

He's a true Renaissance man!

Wasn’t it all some kind of Canadian government money laundering
Germany I think. Could be wrong though.

Uwe Boll used a German tax loophole to finance many of his films. In the early 2000s, Germany had a tax shelter that let investors write off up to 100% of their investment in a movie, even if the film lost money. Because of that, backing a Boll movie was basically a tax break, not a business gamble.
That’s why he was able to keep making films despite weak box office results. I believe that loophole was closed around 2005–2006, if I remember correctly.

That's it! I just remembered back in college my buddies and I went and saw I think his first three movies in the theater. It became a tradition because they were just so hilariously bad, and one of them looked up stuff about him after we were having lunch or something wondering how the hell his movies were getting made. That's when I learned that he had a PhD because somebody went and looked up his bullshit online.
