Problems with Yahoo Email

Has anyone else had a recent issue with Yahoo's security system asking for a password reset, followed by answering a security question that was never set up for thier email? Apparently I am not the only person having this issue as I was able to search and find others having this problem this month. Cannot seem to get through on any phone number to find out what is going on or to find out how to reset this problem.

Help appreciated.
