That GFay story reminded me of when I tried doing a Ranger SSF Permadeath on Aradune (I think) because Zaide was doing the Paladin one at the time.

It seemed really exciting on paper, then when it took me an age and a half to solo to level 3 in GFay I was like "...I think I'm too old for this" and logged out.

I bet it would have been a really fun SSFP after like level 10 or so once I had some spells. As it was though, it was something I thought I wanted until I did it.

Trying to ssf in eq is basically a self induced fever dream.

They prob havent stopped going at all lol.

I slowed down to milk the Greater Lights but I'm about to move on. At 21 currently, need to find a new place to swarm kite. Not sure where though.

As long as your DoTs can land, you can kite reds all day.

I think i would only enjoy it running my own server with a single handful of friends. SSF on a server this big sounds horrible.
