The way I see it is... how often do you NEED the shiva to progress?
Wednesdays and Friday dungeons.

Do you have enough Shiva's on friends list to accomplish this?


How often do you need a Healer + Resist to progress?
Every "special" dungeon.

Do you have enough Resist//Healer friends on list to use to do that?


Anyone can farm up Rippers.
Amaterasu = Luck.
Green Odin = Luck.

Seems the easier choice would be to get ONE of the required parts for your "main" team. Not saying to stop playing the Ifrit account... but continue rerolling new accounts to find the parts you cant farm. Even having access to an account that you can refresh over and over is useful.

My Shiva account only gets played when I dont have Shiva friends on during Wed/Fri dungeons :p

As for rerolling until you get a 6* Amaterasu... Yeah thats probably a good choice. After Starting with her at lvl 30 5*... she is almost useless at that point :p

BTW I see I seem to have the only 6* Yomi on the RR list, I don't see motherfuckers knocking down my door to be friends=P

Don't waste your time with Yomi as a starter.

Because Yomi as a LEADER isnt all that useful, but Yomi's skill on the right team is awesome.

The higher the player skill level, the more useful Yomi becomes. Especially at 5.0 and the egyptian gods.

If you used Yomi as a leader, it would be difficult to get more dmg out of using "change the world" than using the EVERY TURN LEADER of 2.5x or even 2x dmg for one turn. Thats not even counting the orb change ability an ADK or GValk has.

But using Yomi as a sub with a dmg multiplier leader is where Yomi begins to shine.

So even if I roll an Amaterasu 5*, keep trying? It's like a 1/350 chance to get her 6* - although according to the site I'm reading she is only obtainable through evolving? Maybe I'm reading an outdated site (http://www.puzzledragonx.com/en/monsterbook.asp)

If you roll her on 5*... keep the account! But hope you get someone nice to help you for your 2nd and 3rd rolls.

Even then, (ab)using the RR friends list will get you to the point where you can evolve her and make her not useless.

I'm still getting used to this whole thing - how do I abuse the RR friends list to evolve her? I'm planning on backing up my data file (does anyone know a good -FREE- way of doing this? I tried a few but they just back up the apps but not the root data. Lost my Ceres roll and level 30 acct) to reroll in my spare time. Hoping to land an Ammy - she pops out of a golden egg no?

Freyr is the leader for one of the current endgame teams. For green and blue teams, 2* indian god is preferred, but for red teams gigas sucks up all your RCV stat and Shiva's skill doesn't stack well, so Freyr/Shiva is better than Shiva/Shiva in most cases ( extra hp aren't much use if you can't heal them ). Red is also a relatively easy color to build a team for, as you can get titans pretty easily by farming low level dungeons, and aren't relying on harder dungeons like black, legendary dungeons like blue/green or getting raped by the rare gach for a valkyrie.

Norse gods are also apparently getting buffed in 5.1 in some way that I haven't found details on.

Rolling for a 6* amaterasu or green odin is futile, both the 6* gods and odin are only available during godfests.

Maybe I just suck. But with her skill I put up ~8 combo reliably. Not bad but it seems weak compared to a ripper or poison or slower or changer. You can get higher sure but you're entirely dependent on the RNG.

If it was possible to realistically level her skill up I might change my tune. As it stands I do not buy her as a worthwhile primary character. Instead you are wasting your time and effort on a situational support character. So, as the only one who stuck with her as a starter as far as I can tell, I suggest against using her as your main.

That type of leader skill is still (skill damage - armor), it just rounds down to zero instead of 1 for some reason. Evolved kags has enough atk to break metal dragon armor at level 20 or so.

There are plenty of good RR leaders to make any roll work out well enough. Just recognize that if you're like boo fuck it at some point you may not like your lead. I got a neptune while I've only leveled him 6 times since I started my account the 50% water and poison skill has been awesome in the right situation. keep in mind that every rare pull could be that odin or whatever, but if you wait until its the first pull you could be waiting a long time/never and you'll never play the game.

Just invite people off the list as friends, many of the leaders up there can solo the dungeons up to castle of satan, leaving the choice of what to put in your team largely academic ;p

In part I'm sure it's just me being butthurt. But mostly I've just decided your starter should be a difference maker. Something that might actually win you fights later on. Odin or Ama are nice, but even just a decent damage booster or negater or even viper down the line will be nice and a useful leader sometimes. Something you use as more than just a slot filler.

Unrelated to my blatant anti-Yomi agenda: Is puzzledragonx accurate right now? It's showing dragon schedules for the next two days, is that predictable? Didn't think the day to day pattern was set like that. I hope it's wrong since it's showing a 3rd straight day of purple dragons right now.

PDX's dragon schedule code seems to have taken a dump in the last few days but to be fair to them it seems TrollHo are fucking around with the schedules pretty regularly anyway, iirc wasn't there metal dragons two days in a row this week which never used to happen?

They need to start alternating the jewel dragon times. Ruby being always last for Group B means I never get to hit it because I am either out or asleep.

I have a couple Yomis on my friends list. I don't know all of the skills that everyone has yet, so I've got to click on almost everyone to see what their leader/active skill is still, and I can say that I almost always pass up Yomi if there's anyone else on the list that gives me 10 pal points. It's just not terribly useful in the grand scheme of things.

I imagine if you have a badass stacked team already with 6.5x or whatever she can be handy for the activated skill. Can make for a serious monster burn turn if you are trying to beat a timer. Just not sure how much you want to rely on that over a 30k nuke and whatever combo you get without it. Lots of times I'll basically clear the screen and when the new stuff drops I get zero extra combos.

But yeah, I just don't like her as a leader at this point.

So I got red Sky dragon in 2 Adept runs on my Minerva account. Just got the fucker after about 20 Expert runs on my main. And immediately ask myself why I bothered. At 40 team cost I'm nowhere near being able to use it. I'm rank 67, I imagine it won't be a viable teammate until I'm well in to the 100s.

I use Venus regularly and I can tell you that with a 6.5X team (used to use valk, venus, siren, enchilada, lillith, valk) - or even if you had a 4x team - change the world usually does way more than a 20k nuke.

Not a bad morning so far. Got my Red Lits and went from Naga straight to Echidna Red Empress. Need to get a few Ruby Dragons to pump her up to a respectable level. Got a Yellow Lit and was able to evolve my Yellow Ripper so now have Black, Yellow, Green 5*. If I can get a few Blue Pengdras can probably do my Blue Ripper 5* today as well, but I may use those extra evolved Pengdras to take my Lilith to LotN today as well. Not a bad Friday morning at all.

So my 2nd account has 7* dark/light Hades, StE, Black Dragon, Dark Dragon Knight and I figured it would make a pretty good dark team if I had a Vamp. Does it matter what level of Castle of Satan I farm on, or does one have a higher chance over the others to drop?
