I lived in San Antonio for a couple years and enjoyed it. Of course I was coming from the Midwest with absolutely fucking nothing to do. I recently went back on business and made the trip up towards Austin to try The Salt Lick BBQ. Worth the trip IMO

I lived in SA from '98-'99, I lived off of 281 and Bitters past the airport. The commute downtown wasn't too bad. I worked opposite of the Alamo Dome on S. Presa. The Riverwalk was good and I really enjoyed The Quarry shopping area. I did not like the Heat and humidity ( wearing body armor)
