He was awesome. He was one of those guys who was in such iconic roles, but you always kind of took him for granted or didn't really notice him. I had completely forgotten he was the Sheriff of Nottingham until I read the articles today about his death.

This got shit shook me up this morning. I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Rickman on two occasions and on the second one, which was maybe two years after the first, he remembered my name when I approached him. I'll never forget that for the rest of my life. It gets said a lot when famous people pass, but we truly lost a treasure with his passing.
