Saudi Arabia. Joe Biden asked them to help assist us with the energy problems so they are raising taxes for that purpose.

Sad... I remember downloading a soundbite called Adventures of the Everquest Buddies from SA where they roleplayed 3 EQ players going out to a restaurant... roasting EQ players as huge mouthbreathing dorks touching upon various EQ tropes; was great comedy back in like 2000 or so.
