Satellite Reign
It's Syndicate for the new age, it looks gorgeous and I'm currently playing it in early access. I think it's good even for a pre-alpha game. Then again I'm biased, I loved Syndicate back in the days and my jimmies were severely rustled by the 2012 Syndicate.
